Our Offering Services
Beyond Trauma Healing Package (BTHP) has two sections: Counselling and Yoga.
In the first part, you will receive two counselling sessions with Honest Hour Senior Counsellors. By receiving counselling, we will discuss to understand your thoughts, your emotion, and the feelings regarding your issues.
The second part, Yoga, will feature two yoga sessions by Yoga By Claire, which will help us to harmonize our body and mind.
Employee Assistance Program - Corporate Services include Counselling Service Packages, Mental Health related workshops and Mental Wellness Packages in order to enhance the declining performance levels of employees, resulting from personal problems, with the help of professional counselling, stress management, and/or support services.
We cover Mental Health problems, Emotional Management, Personal and Family Relationship Issues, Stress, Burnout, Loss and Grief Assistance, Harassment, and Workplace conflicts.
Group Counselling is where a group of 8-12 people meet regularly to interact, explore problems with each other and build a therapeutic atmosphere to work out their problems and emotional concerns.
Individual Counselling is conducted one on one, who are going through crisis situations in their lives in terms of relationships, mental health issues, workplace, grief, etc.
In this safe and confidential session, you will be encouraged to open up your problems and issues to Honest Hour’s counsellors without criticism and judgment.
This course is designed for understanding the Chakra: Yoga to Balance Chakras, Meditation to Balance Chakras, How to bolster spiritual and physical immunity from the negativity, The basic functions, energies, and purpose of each chakra, and the practical steps you need to take to strengthen any one of your chakras.
One-month Chakra Meditation Course where you can learn the right way for achieving a peaceful life by discussing with Chakra Instructor.
In this course, you will learn about meditation techniques, the basics of chakras, and how to use them to heal several aspects of your life. By practicing a simple meditation for each chakra, you will discover the keys to self-healing, self-realization, and self-soothing.
